Warmy is built and operated by Causly, an AI & automation agency (causly.in). This policy explains what we collect and how it's used.

What we store

Account details (email, company name), connected inbox metadata (address, SMTP/IMAP host, status, health score), and message metadata (message ID, thread ID, timestamps). App passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they touch our database.

What we don't store

We never store the body content of warmup emails. Only metadata needed to run the warmup cycle is logged.

Third parties

We use Supabase for data storage and Groq for AI-generated email content. Neither receives your app password in plain text.
